Job Responsibilities:
1Market Strategy Formulation:
- Develop the annual marketing strategy and implementation plan for the Vietnamese market according to the company's business objectives, including brand promotion, product marketing, channel strategies, etc.
- Analyze local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor dynamics, and adjust strategies to increase market share.
2Brand and Product Promotion:
- Take the lead in the localization construction of the brand, and plan integrated online and offline marketing activities (such as social media, KOL collaborations, exhibitions, promotional activities, etc.).
- Manage advertising placements (on platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and media relations, and optimize the return on investment (ROI) of advertising.
3Digital Marketing and Data Analysis:
- Be responsible for the operation of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media, EDM, etc.) to enhance brand exposure and conversion rates.
- Monitor marketing data (traffic, conversion, user retention, etc.), regularly generate analysis reports, and optimize strategies.
4Cross-departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and supply chain teams to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external partners (advertising agencies, media, agents, etc.) to ensure the efficient implementation of projects.
5Budget Management:
- Formulate and allocate the marketing budget reasonably, control costs, and ensure the maximization of return on investment.
Job Requirements:
1Educational Background:
- A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in marketing, business management, media, etc. are preferred.
2Work Experience:
- More than 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focusing on the Vietnamese or Southeast Asian market. Experience in the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
- Have successful marketing campaign cases (a brief description is required).
3Core Skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.) and possess strong data analysis capabilities.
- Be familiar with local social media in Vietnam (such as Zalo, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.) and consumer behavior.
- Have excellent creative planning ability and execution ability, and be able to independently complete event plans.
4Language and Cultural Adaptability:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
- Understand Vietnamese culture, business customs, and laws and regulations, and be able to quickly integrate into the local environment.
5Soft Skills:
- Result-oriented, with strong stress resistance, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and team management experience.
