OrderInfinity is a technology startup built to help restaurant owners manage sales, analyze customer data, manage inventory & workforce simply and efficiently. For the past two years, we focused almost on building a strong product. As a result, most of our customers today come from word-of-mouth.
Now, we're entering our next phase.
In 2026, Ordera will expand beyond Norway into other European markets, and we're hiring our first Marketing Leader to help turn early traction into scalable growth. This role isn't for someone looking for a fixed playbook, it's for someone excited to create one.

What you'll own
- Develop and execute a metrics-driven growth and marketing strategy
- Run experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, and partnership programs to drive awareness and demand
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer teams
- Support go-to-market launches in new European countries
Who this is for
- At least 1 year experience in the same position in a high-growth SaaS or product-led company
- Strong analytical skills; fluent in experimentation, funnel optimisation, and campaign effectiveness
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and marketing specialists
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with passion for hands-on execution
- Motivated by impact, learning, and responsibility (not big-corp perks)
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, B2B2C, or restaurant/hospitality tech
- Experience supporting international or multi-market expansion
- Familiarity with product-led growth or word-of-mouth driven businesses
