About the role
We are not hiring a marketing executor.
We are looking for a Marketing Lead who thinks in revenue, unit economics, and growth loops.
You will work directly with the CEO, operate at founder-level ownership, and build a marketing engine that is commercially accountable, not driven by vanity metrics.
Your mission
- Build a revenue-driven marketing system from demand pipeline cash-in
- Align marketing tightly with Sales, Product, and GTM strategy
- Own market narrative while being accountable for unit economics efficiency
- Turn marketing into a predictable growth lever, not a cost center
What you will own
- Go-to-market strategy by segment, ICP, use case, and region
- Demand generation with clear pipeline & revenue attribution
- Product marketing: positioning, messaging, launches, enablement
- Brand strategy that compounds long-term LTV
- Marketing analytics & experimentation, including:
- CAC by channel & segment
- LTV drivers & expansion signals
- Payback period optimization
- Funnel economics (Lead MQL SQL Won)
- Build and lead the marketing team as the company scales
This is a hands-on role. Strategy without execution will not work here.
Revenue Mindset (non-negotiable)
You are expected to:
- Deeply understand CAC / LTV / Payback period / Funnel economics
- Design experiments with economic hypotheses, not just creative ideas
- Optimize for capital efficiency, not only growth speed
- Speak the same language as CEO, Sales, and Finance
- Make conscious trade-offs between growth, margin, and scale
Ideal background
- Tech startup / SaaS / AI / B2B environment
- Experience working closely with revenue teams (Sales, RevOps, Finance)
- Exposure to global or international markets is a strong plus
- Previously held Lead / Head / First Marketing hire role preferred
