Job Description

The Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand communication initiatives. This role ensures strong alignment between business priorities and marketing activities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly campaign calendars
  • Lead end-to-end campaign setup and execution across channels
  • Initiate and drive new campaign initiatives (e.g., EV campaigns, new product launches such as iPhone campaigns, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Partnerships) to ensure smooth rollout
  • Monitor campaign performance on a regular basis
  • Analyze key metrics (conversion, ROI, customer acquisition, etc.)
  • Generate insights and recommend optimization actions to improve effectiveness
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and share learnings with stakeholders
  • Promotions Planning & Management
  • Develop CRM & PRM (Promotion) plans aligned with business goals
  • Set up and manage promotional mechanics (e.g., vouchers, PCP, 0% installment programs, etc.)
  • Ensure proper execution across systems and customer touchpoints
  • Track and evaluate promotion performance, providing actionable insights
  • Branding & Communication
  • Partner with the Communications team to define monthly, quarterly, and yearly communication direction
  • Ensure campaigns and promotions are aligned with brand positioning and messaging
  • Contribute to integrated marketing planning across channels
  • Develop and execute Online Marketing plan for Credit VN

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing
  • Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, preferably in financial services, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actions
  • Experience with CRM/PRM tools and promotional mechanics is a plus
