Overview:
- On-site job (office based in Phu Nhuan)
- 3 months paid Internship with a full time conversion opportunity

About the Role:
We're looking for a Marketing Intern who is passionate about skincare and excited to learn how to grow a brand from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, content creation, communication with the audience and wants hands-on experience in brand building.
What You'll Do:
- Actively get involved in brand building directly with the Founder
- Become owner of social media accounts and control content planning and execution for social media platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook)
- Research skincare trends and community insights
- Track marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements
Who You Are:
- Most important thing is willingness to learn and passion for work - this won't be a typical 9-5 job! If you are looking for cozy work life balance job, this is not a job for you. But if you are passionate to grow, you will experience best output (career and compensation-wise)
- Passionate about skincare, beauty and cosmetics
- Strong writing skills in Vietnamese and fluent communication skills in English
- Active on social media and familiar with digital content trends
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive
- Experience with content creating tools (ex. Canva, Photoshop, illustrator)
