MARKETING INTERN
Mekong Merchant Saigon is looking for a creative Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and explore hands-on marketing experience in the F&B industry. This role is suitable for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to gain real experience in branding, social media, and restaurant marketing.

Job Description:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for the restaurant
- Assist in content creation for social media (posts, captions, visuals)
- Support branding materials and marketing campaigns
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for marketing activities
- Conduct market and competitor research when required
- Support social media performance tracking (reach, engagement, basic metrics)
- Assist with website content updates and SEO tasks
- Support internal projects such as private events, promotions, and in-house activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and support communication with partners when assigned
- Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Job Requirements:
- Available to start immediately
- Internship duration: 6 months
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
- Interest in the restaurant / F&B industry
- Ability to use Canva; photography or videography skills are an advantage
- Willingness to learn, responsible, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
