- Full-Stack Capability: You aren't just a creative. You have a mechanical interest in how content, posting schedules, and ad account management work together.
- The Driven Mindset: Proactive and thick-skinned. We need a builder who takes accountability, not a spectator waiting for instructions.
- Operational Endurance: High capacity for a demanding, fast-paced workload where results matter more than hours spent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creative Assets: Crafting high-impact visuals for web and social platforms that command authority.
- Digital Management: Full-cycle executionfrom content ideation and scheduling to active community engagement.
- Performance Support: Assisting with the deployment of ad campaigns and precise data tracking.
