Purpose of the Role

  • Ensure the successful launch of new products/indications in a creative and compliant manner.
  • Create unique and distinguishable launch campaigns for new products/indications.
  • Effectively distribute creative concepts and ensure successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities and Accountability

  1. Creative Concept Development:
  • Develop innovative and unique concepts for launch campaigns to differentiate our products from competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.

  1. Campaign Distribution:
  • Assist in distributing and executing the launch campaigns across various channels.
  • Ensure all materials and campaigns comply with industry regulations and company policies.

  1. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide insights to support the development of effective launch strategies.

  1. Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of launch campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs. o Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background: Pharmacist, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and campaign management.

Contract Duration: 9 months
