We're seeking an A-player with exceptional storytelling abilities and a flair for visual design to craft engaging written and visual content. This role demands creativity in communicating complex ideas compellingly while enhancing our brand's narrative through both words and visuals. You'll also help tell the stories behind Antler and the founder experience, bringing programs, people, and moments from our community to life. You will also gain valuable exposure to scouting and identifying strong startup founders, offering you a unique investor perspective on the entrepreneurial journey. This position provides an ideal opportunity for a differentiated marketing experience, combining creative storytelling with strategic insights into the tech startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Ideate marketing communication initiatives to drive reach and brand awareness.
- Produce static visual and video content for marketing campaigns, including content for LinkedIn.
- Produce compelling written content for LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns and assist in delivering and publishing LinkedIn content.
- Assist with basic design and graphic work for marketing and founder-facing materials
- Record, film, and edit video content and experiment with new content formats and styles.
- Assist in the founder scouting process, both attracting promising founders and creating communications that resonate with founders joining Antler Residency.
- Support on-the-ground work during events, sessions and activations (e.g. content capture, coordination, general support).
- Support the establishment of key venture development coordination processes.
- Support our portfolio companies marketing efforts to develop their growth and continued success.
- Be a powerful brand ambassador for Antler.
Eligibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with quick changes, tight deadlines, and moving targets.
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and proactive; with the ability to get things done.
- Comfortable using design and content tools such as Figma.
- Confident with recording, filming, and editing video.
- Commitment to a full-time role for a 6-month internship period.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the duration of the internship.
Personal Attributes
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented.
- Effective and creative writer OR experience with photography and video editing, and/or graphic design.
- Having a comprehensive understanding of effective communication methods and content messaging is big plus.
- Great feel for engaging content, especially on LinkedIn as a channel.
- Enjoy startup vibes with a strong interest in the VC and startup ecosystem.
- Able to work independently and in a team as the situation demands.
- Hands-on, willing to help with practical and on-the-ground work when needed.
