Marketing Host (Korean Speaking)

The Marketing Host is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customer engagement activities, managing membership services, and assisting with marketing events and promotions. The role serves as the frontline representative of the company and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

1. College degree or equivalent; hospitality, business, or marketing background is preferred.
2. Customer service training is an advantage.
3. Fluent in spoken Korean or holding a Korean language certificate equivalent to TOPIK II Level 3
4. Proficient in English
