We are seeking a Marketing professional with strategic thinking, aesthetic sensibility, and passion for Vietnamese culture to help elevate the brand locally and internationally.
2. Role OverviewThe Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and manage THETAAN's marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, branding, PR, partnerships, and event activations for the Luxury Hub.
3. Key Responsibilities3.1 Digital Marketing & Content- Develop and implement content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the website.
- Write and manage content ensuring a luxury brand voice.
- Maintain weekly/monthly posting schedules and optimize engagement.
- Collaborate on visual content production: photography, video, reels, lookbooks, and product shots.
3.2 Brand & Campaign Execution- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with design teams, studios, and media/PR partners.
- Execute activations, workshops, and pop-up events at Saigon Marina IFC and Hoiana (coming soon).
3.3 Performance Marketing- Monitor and optimize advertising performance (if applicable).
- Manage marketing budgets and report on KPIs.
- Conduct research and analyze insights on high-end consumers.
3.4 Partnership & PR- Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs, media partners, artists, and artisans.
- Assist in creating PR content, press releases, and media communications.
- Support private or VIP event organization.
3.5 Marketing Operations- Maintain brand asset libraries (images, videos, and other marketing data).
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
- Support other marketing activities in alignment with the brand strategy.
4. Requirements4.1 Experience & Competencies- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
- Strong writing skills and aesthetic sense aligned with THETAAN's style.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content direction.
- Experience working with studios, KOLs/KOCs, and photographers is a plus.
4.2 Skills- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, or Photoshop is advantageous.
- Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and sensibilities.
