Job Description

1. Project Deployment & Coordination:

Execute marketing activities in line with brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.

Support the roll-out of offline and online campaigns, including content marketing, market research, photo & video shooting, etc.

Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM) in executing targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to implement and deliver marketing plans effectively.

Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners for branding materials, campaign production and execution.

Manage agencies in content planning, posting schedules, and content calendars across owned channels.

Develop and produce compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), blog articles, and the company website.

Manage the preparation and delivery of product samples for marketing campaigns and sales activities.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

2. Social Community Management

Manage and monitor the company's online communities (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.), ensuring timely responses to inquiries and fostering meaningful engagement.

Track and analyze community engagement metrics; compile reports to inform future content and communication strategies.

Record and report on leads generated from company hotline, emails, and other relevant channels.
