Working location: Phuoc Thai (Long Thanh), Dong Nai.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to strengthen the Vedan Pet Food brand and drive sales growth in the Vietnamese market.
- Manage digital marketing activities across social media, websites, and other communication channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and implement trade marketing campaigns, promotional activities, POSM materials, and sales support programs.
- Coordinate and organize product launches, livestreams, exhibitions, trade shows, and brand promotion events.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends and recommend effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with suppliers, designers, KOLs/KOCs, and cross-functional teams to create marketing content and campaign materials.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness and business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field.
- Good English or Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with graphic design tools for creating banners, posters, POSM materials, and social media content is preferred.
- Strong communication, creativity, and project coordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the pet food, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
