POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title: Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Brand Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and execute brand marketing activities in Vietnam market, ensuring consistency and strong brand visibility across all touchpoints.

1. Brand Marketing

  • Coordinate and execute events, activations, and brand campaigns at outlets
  • Plan and execute seasonal projects assigned by the line manager
  • Ensure brand image, visibility, and consistency across all POS.
  • Optimize product display, POSM, and in-store branding to maximize brand presence
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, BA team, Warehouse, Finance to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage and deploy POSM/FOC, working closely with Warehouse for logistics
  • Follow up with suppliers and handle payment processes
  • Track progress, ensure timelines, and deliver post-event reports
  • Plan and execute trade promotion programs (short-term & long-term) to support sales performance

2. Digital & Social

  • Plan and coordinate social content with designer to ensure consistent posting
  • Ensure brand image and communication align with overall brand direction

3. Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities
  • Support administrative tasks within the marketing team
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

PERSONAL SPECS

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration/ Marketing.
  • Business in English.
  • Minimum 6 months of marketing experience with international FMCG/ F&B/ Luxury industry would be a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good organization, multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive
  • Good aesthetic sense and creative thinking
