Asset Management & Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of the company's fixed assets, which include Signages, Fridges, and Draught machines. Here's a detailed job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Deployment & Tracking and Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting treatments for new additions, asset transfers, disposals, and write-offs
- Collaborate with Channel teams to define the Deployment strategy for Fridge, Signages and Draught and follow up with tracking
- Fridge Merchandiser Management, Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the quality of merchandiser service for Fridge, Planogram compliance, and Efficiency of management
- Audit the quality of execution to improve the quality
- Vendor Management
- Work with Procurement team to define the Vendor Strategy following ICP & AP plan of Channel and Brand Plan
- Manage vendors following the quality & service standard and compliance requirement
- Digital Transformation for total Trade
- Translate Trade Marketing Business priorities with specific needs of Digital Enablers into specific digital products and solutions
- Work with D&T and digital vendors to drive the development and implementation of Trade Marketing digital products and solutions
- Drive the data analytics to enhance the value from data into Channel Planning and Execution
- Ensure the maintenance of the systems and digital products & solutions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- ICP Operational Planning linked with Budget planning
- Prepare monthly budget tracking reports vs. planned
- Prepare detailed asset schedules and monthly depreciation reports
- Process Improvement:
- Identify key issues in fixed assets management and set corrective action plans.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of asset management processes
Position profile
Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
Language(s): Strong proficiency with spoken and written English
Experience / skills required
- At least 5-year working experience in the relevant field in beer/beverage industry or FMCG
- Excellent in term of leadership skill and collaboration for cross-function
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
