Gohub is building an integrated web/app platform to help global users connect to the internet anywhere in the world using our wide range of eSIM products (a $40B market globally). eSIM is disrupting the traditional telecom industry and we have been early in this race since 2018. We launched our first eSIM products in 2023, raised USD 500,000 seed funding, launched the first version of Gohub eSIM app in October and on track to $US 6M this year
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all Gohub digital storefrontsincluding our website and mobile appthrough performance marketing, content optimization, campaign execution, and continuous experimentation.
Your main goal: increase sales profitably and sustainably.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Paid Ads- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and tracking setups.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
- Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns for ROAS and CAC targets.
Ecommerce Growth & Conversion Optimization- Improve website and app conversion rates through funnel analysis, UX recommendations, and content improvements.
- Coordinate with product/design teams to develop high-converting landing pages.
- Track user behavior using tools like GA4, Microsoft Clarity.
Content & Campaign Management- Collaborate with the content team to develop campaigns for new products, promotions, seasons, or traffic spikes.
- Build and manage product content on the website/app to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Execute promotional calendars and flash-sale activities.
Reporting & Insights- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (traffic, CAC, ROAS, revenue, retention).
- Analyze customer segments and campaign effectiveness.
- Recommend strategies for scaling what works and eliminating what doesn't.
RequirementsMust-Have- 13 years of experience in ecommerce digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Ads Manager dashboards, and attribution tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver ROI-focused results.
- Comfortable running growth experiments and making data-backed decisions.
Nice-to-Have- Experience working in travel, mobile apps, or marketplaces.
- Experience in global markets.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email automation, push notifications, or CRM tools.
- Creative ability to develop ad ideas and hooks.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or creative briefing.
