For over 60 years, the brand has been developing dermatological skincare products formulated with highly concentrated active ingredients, combining efficacy, skin tolerance and scientific innovation. SVR products are designed to meet the needs of all skin types, even the most sensitive, and are recommended by many healthcare professionals.

Main Purpose of Role

Lead the overall brand, digital and omni-channel marketing strategy of SVR Vietnam to accelerate sustainable growth, strengthen medical & sensitive-skin positioning, and elevate brand desirability across online and offline touchpoints.

The role is expected to combine strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, consumer understanding, digital transformation mindset, and people leadership to support SVR Vietnam's next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Product Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand and category strategies aligned with SVR global direction and Vietnam market dynamics.
  • Build strong consumer-centric marketing plans based on insights, dermatological trends, and evolving skincare needs in Vietnam.
  • Identify growth opportunities across core pillars including Sensitive Skin, Dermo-cosmetics, Cleansing, Sun Care, Body Care and new category expansion.
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.

2. Product Launch & Innovation

  • Lead new product launch strategies from forecasting, launch planning, pricing, communication, activation and post-launch evaluation.
  • Partner closely with HQ, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory and Supply teams to ensure successful execution and compliance readiness.
  • Drive innovation roadmap adapted to Vietnam market opportunities and channel dynamics.

3. Omni-channel & Digital Transformation

  • Develop integrated omni-channel marketing strategies across: E-commerce, Social Commerce, Modern Trade, Pharmacy chains, Heath & Beauty, Clinics, Hospitals, Traditional retail
  • Strengthen digital ecosystem includingmedia performance, CRM, social media, KOL/KOC strategy, Community & advocacy building, Content excellence
  • Leverage data, BI and consumer analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Capture emerging digital and social commerce trends to accelerate brand growth and consumer engagement.

4. Consumer, Medical & Market Insight

  • Continuously monitor consumer behavior, competitive landscape, market trends, Dermo-cosmetic category evolution
  • Translate insights into actionable business opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Medical/Scientific stakeholders to strengthen SVR's dermatological credibility and sensitive-skin authority.

5. Commercial Partnership & Business Impact

  • Work closely with Sales, E-commerce and Trade Marketing teams to ensure marketing plans drive commercial performance and channel growth.
  • Support sell-out acceleration through impactful campaigns, visibility strategy and customer activation programs.
  • Connect marketing initiatives with business KPIs including Net sales, Market share, ROI, Consumer acquisition, Repeat rate, Brand equity

6. Team Leadership & Organization Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performance marketing organization with strong ownership, agility and collaboration.
  • Coach team members to strengthen strategic capability, execution quality and cross-functional partnership.
  • Foster a culture of caring, integrity, innovation and continuous improvement aligned with SVR values.

7. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations, Dermo-cosmetic communication standards, Internal compliance & inspection readiness requirements
  • Closely liaise with Regulatory and Medical teams to ensure claims and communication integrity.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in Beauty, Skincare and Dermo-cosmetics
  • Proven track record in omni-channel and digital marketing transformation.
  • Experience managing premium or science-driven skincare brands is highly preferred.

Report to Country Manager / General Manager Vietnam

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related fields.
