I. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Brand Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand market share across multiple platforms (offline, digital, PR, KOL/KOC collaborations, and events).
Maintain and elevate a premium brand image, positioning the company as a pioneer in the aesthetic dentistry industry.
Establish the brand as a symbol of luxury lifestyle and sophisticated aesthetic smiles.
2. Business Performance & Customer Growth
Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting high-end customer segments to significantly expand the client base and increase customer volume.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and aesthetic industry trends to optimize conversion rates.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, and train a dynamic and professional marketing team.
Coordinate integrated marketing activities including digital marketing, content, PR, events, and partnership programs.
Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and KOLs/KOCs within the beauty and aesthetics industry to maximize campaign impact.
4. Multi-Channel Management & Innovation
Lead the development and execution of Digital Marketing channels (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, SEO, CRM, and Marketing Automation).
Drive branding campaigns through luxury lifestyle marketing, events, workshops, and high-end brand experiences.
Propose and implement innovative marketing trends such as AI-driven marketing, personalization, and enhanced customer experience strategies within the dental industry.
II. Requirements
Minimum 57 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the aesthetic, beauty, luxury beauty, or premium healthcare sectors.
Proven track record in brand leadership, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of high-end customer segments in Vietnam, including overseas Vietnamese and international clients interested in aesthetics and healthcare services.
Ability to identify and stimulate demand even among potential customers who have not yet considered aesthetic services.
Strong leadership, team management, and strategic partnership development skills.
Creative mindset with strong awareness of market trends while maintaining a luxury branding identity in all communication activities.
Ability to deliver marketing effectiveness while continuously expanding market share.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Work Location: 66 Xuan Dieu Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, Vietnam
