Job Description

Marketing Director – FMCG

H&HIS's client is a leading FMCG organization with a strong portfolio of consumer brands and a nationwide distribution network in Ho Chi Minh City. We are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing Director with the following responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities

– Develop and execute long-term marketing and brand strategies aligned with the company's business growth objectives.

– Lead brand positioning, portfolio management, and multi-category brand architecture to strengthen market competitiveness.

– Drive integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand equity, customer engagement, and commercial performance.

– Manage brand performance, including Brand P&L, market share, brand health, and marketing ROI.

– Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives and oversee successful product launch strategies.

– Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, optimize product portfolios, and support strategic decision-making.

– Develop pricing, segmentation, communication, and product strategies based on market insights and data analytics.

– Collaborate with Corporate Communications and ESG teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate reputation.

– Partner closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, POSM, and customer activation programs.

– Support revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and promotion effectiveness across all sales channels.

– Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across owned, paid, earned, and shared media.

– Utilize CRM, CDP, dashboards, and marketing analytics to optimize customer journeys and improve campaign effectiveness.

– Develop customer segmentation, personalization, loyalty programs, and CRM strategies.

– Monitor and analyze key customer metrics including CLV, CAC, Retention, Churn, and NPS to improve business performance.

– Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization with strong succession planning and capability development.

– Coach and mentor marketing talents while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.

– Perform other strategic marketing responsibilities as assigned by executive management.

Qualifications

– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

– Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

– Minimum 10 years of marketing experience within the FMCG industry.

– At least 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles.

– Strong expertise in brand management, consumer marketing, trade marketing, and integrated marketing communications.

– Proven ability to develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

– Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

– Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, maximizing ROI, and driving commercial performance.

– Solid knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, customer analytics, and data-driven marketing approaches.

– Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

– Strong analytical capability with experience developing business insights and strategic recommendations from data.

– Ability to lead organizational change and thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
