Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth direction within the agricultural ecosystem and OEM model. Manage Brand P&L, market share, brand health, and marketing ROI.
  2. Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from consumer insights to commercialization, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and strong financial performance.
  3. Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify growth opportunities, optimize product portfolio, and provide strategic recommendations on pricing, segmentation, product development, and communications.
  4. Collaborate with Corporate Affairs and ESG teams to align brand strategy with sustainability and corporate reputation initiatives.
  5. Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop POSM, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs that support sales growth, profitability, and channel effectiveness.
  6. Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across Owned, Paid, Earned, and Shared channels; leverage CRM/CDP and analytics to optimize customer journey and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Build CRM and loyalty strategies through customer segmentation and personalization; analyze CLV, CAC, Retention, Churn, and NPS to enhance customer and brand performance for both B2B and end consumers.
  8. Build and develop a high-performance marketing organization through coaching, capability development, succession planning, and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  9. Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
  3. Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in FMCG, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  4. Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities aligned with overall business objectives, with solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  5. Proven leadership and change management skills in fast-paced environments, with the ability to drive transformation and adapt to emerging technologies and business needs.
  6. Strong business acumen with experience in budget management, cost optimization, and improving operational efficiency.
  7. Digital transformation mindset with knowledge of advanced marketing technologies and data-driven approaches.
  8. Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
  9. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  10. Proven expertise in brand marketing, consumer marketing, and trade marketing.
  11. In-depth knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and strategic reporting.
