KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth direction within the agricultural ecosystem and OEM model. Manage Brand P&L, market share, brand health, and marketing ROI.
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from consumer insights to commercialization, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and strong financial performance.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify growth opportunities, optimize product portfolio, and provide strategic recommendations on pricing, segmentation, product development, and communications.
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs and ESG teams to align brand strategy with sustainability and corporate reputation initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop POSM, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs that support sales growth, profitability, and channel effectiveness.
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across Owned, Paid, Earned, and Shared channels; leverage CRM/CDP and analytics to optimize customer journey and data-driven decision-making.
- Build CRM and loyalty strategies through customer segmentation and personalization; analyze CLV, CAC, Retention, Churn, and NPS to enhance customer and brand performance for both B2B and end consumers.
- Build and develop a high-performance marketing organization through coaching, capability development, succession planning, and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in FMCG, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities aligned with overall business objectives, with solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven leadership and change management skills in fast-paced environments, with the ability to drive transformation and adapt to emerging technologies and business needs.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budget management, cost optimization, and improving operational efficiency.
- Digital transformation mindset with knowledge of advanced marketing technologies and data-driven approaches.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and resilience under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven expertise in brand marketing, consumer marketing, and trade marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and strategic reporting.
