Objectives

We are looking for a strategic, commercially-minded, and execution-obsessed Marketing Manager who will own PMAX's B2B marketing engine end-to-end — from digital channel performance to product marketing, thought leadership, B2B activation, and corporate branding. This role is the bridge between PMAX's Center of Excellence (COE) and the market: translating expertise into demand, building PMAX as the most credible Total Performance Marketing partner in Vietnam, and engineering the marketing flywheel that fuels revenue growth. You will report directly to the CRO, lead a team of 4–6, and operate with the bar that defines the top 1% of B2B marketers in the region.

Job Description

Digital Marketing & Data Lead B2B Control (30%)

  • Owned channel management: orchestrate PMAX's owned digital ecosystem (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, TikTok, Community) under one B2B funnel logic — from awareness to MQL — with content cadence, channel performance, and conversion ownership.
  • Social media management: lead social end-to-end — content planning, publishing rhythm, community engagement, and message/comment response process in coordination with Business Development.
  • Digital MKT data lead: own the marketing data layer — define KPIs, set up tracking, dashboard channel performance weekly, and convert insights into channel-level and campaign-level optimization decisions.

Product Marketing (30%)

  • Product portfolio communication: partner with COE (Center of Excellence) to extract product expertise and translate it into market-ready positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market collateral.
  • Thought leadership content communication: convert COE insights into high-value assets — eBooks, Playbooks, PR articles, whitepapers, frameworks — that position PMAX as the category authority in Total Performance Marketing.
  • Build the editorial system that compounds PMAX's expert voice over time: content pillars, audience segmentation, publishing calendar, and channel distribution plan.

B2B Activation (30%)

  • Sales-driven events & online webinar hosting: own end-to-end — concept, speaker curation, agenda design, audience targeting, execution, and post-event nurturing — with qualified pipeline (not just attendance) as the success metric.
  • Partnership event collaboration: co-host events, joint campaigns, and co-branded content with strategic partners to expand PMAX's reach into new audience pools.
  • Tight loop with Business Development & Sales: ensure every activation converts to pipeline and measurable revenue contribution.

Corporate Branding (10%)

  • Press control: manage PR news flow, media relationships, and governance/PR-sensitive communications with discipline, brand consistency, and executive judgment.
  • PMAX-owned signature campaigns: architect tentpole moments — Vietnam Marketing Forum, PMAX 10 Years, and other industry-defining campaigns — that establish PMAX's brand voice and category leadership.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build and manage a high-performing Marketing team of 4–6 (Content Marketer, Digital/General Marketer, Designer/Video Editor).
  • Coach, give feedback, and develop team membe, set clear standards, raise the bar continuously, and grow the next layer of leaders.
  • Set marketing objectives anchored to business objectives, align KPIs with the CRO, build the overall marketing strategy and execution plan, and report on overall performance with insight and forward-looking recommendations.

Job Requirements

Must Have

Skills, Knowledge & Qualification

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a B2B marketing context (agency, consulting, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing strategies that delivered measurable pipeline and brand outcomes.
  • Hands-on mastery of digital marketing: owned channels, social media, SEO, website analytics, and marketing data — you can both set strategy and dive into the dashboard.
  • Strong product marketing instincts: ability to translate technical/expert content (from COE, strategy, or technical teams) into compelling market narratives.
  • Experience leading B2B events, webinars, and partnership activations that generated qualified leads, not just attendance.
  • Demonstrated people management experience — has built or grown a team of 3+ marketers.
  • Excellent business-level English (written & spoken) — comfortable producing PR articles, eBooks, and executive-facing content.

Good To Have

  • Experience working with or inside Total Performance Marketing / digital agencies, or consulting firms.
  • Existing relationships with Vietnamese tier-1 press and media.
  • Experience launching signature owned-IP events (forums, conferences, industry awards).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and B2B attribution.
