KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ecosystem Marketing & Communications Strategy
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for company across different stages of growth.
Design tailored communication strategies for each ecosystem subnet:
Market: Healthcare and technology products, services, and solutions
Partner: Research institutions, healthcare providers, biotech companies, and enterprises
Campaign: Brand- and business-driven campaigns aligned with strategic objectives
Ensure all messaging is consistent, credible, and compliant with the standards of healthcare and scientific communication.
- Marketing Execution & Operations Leadership
Plan marketing initiatives, allocate resources, and oversee end-to-end execution.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including:
Business Development / B2B / Partnerships
Product and Research
Internal and External Communications
Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and measurable effectiveness across all marketing activities and subnets.
- Content & Brand Management
Set strategic direction for content that is scientific, transparent, and insight-driven.
Review and ensure quality control for content related to healthcare, research, products, and partnerships.
Build and maintain a professional, credible, and trustworthy our brand.
- Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing team.
Establish marketing processes aligned with a multi-subnet ecosystem model.
Collaborate with the Management Team on strategic decisions related to branding and communications.
Required skills and experiences- Minimum 58 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand, or Growth roles.
- Experience as Head of Marketing, Deputy Head, or Senior Marketing Manager in start-up environment. ( especially in technology, AI, digital platforms, or product ecosystems)
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in:
Healthcare, biotech, or medtech
- Core Capabilities
Strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to design marketing strategies for multi-product and multi-partner ecosystems.
Strong expertise in branding, integrated communications, and campaign management.
Proven ability to work with highly technical and specialized content (healthcare, research, technology).
Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proactive, accountable, and resilient in fast-scaling environments.
Strong English proficiency for working with international partners and technical materials.
Preferred skills and experiences- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in:
