Ensure cohesion with all product launch creative across all channels and vehicles for visual consistency
Work with the brand marketing team on all creative requests including PR/communication collateral, event creative and paid media ads across multiple vehicles
Responsible for proper project archiving and file management including organized version control and draft management
Follow project management timeline, factoring in key review periods taking projects to completion
Work closely with print vendors and ensure accuracy of production for all projects
Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, to deliver highly effective campaigns and content
Be given the space to craft beautiful design work that has real impact on our business
Identify opportunities to push our brands into new and exciting places
Qualification:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Graphic Design, capable of showcasing and implementing diverse design styles (art styles).
Knowledge and practical experience in production processes, including video production, photography, and POSM production.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
Ability to present and explain design ideas clearly and coherently in both Vietnamese and English, and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Possesses good aesthetic sense, a strong understanding of design principles, layout, color, and the ability to control the quality of output designs.
Ability to manage time, manage projects, and handle high work pressure.
Ability to guide and mentor junior designers when needed.
