Content Marketing Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Content Strategy and Planning
• Be the market guru, identifying US customer trends, consumer preferences, and competitor move
• Mastermind go-to-market blog, social, email marketing strategy for new furniture brand that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in.
Content Creation and Distribution
• Oversee the production of top-tier content, from viral picture/video creatives to jaw-dropping websites.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results.
Analytics and Performance Optimization
• Keep a keen eye on digital content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions
• Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Photo and Video teams, and other creators/ambassador to make visually impactful content
• Collaborate with in-house teams to make sure marketing collaterals align with market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing team member to track, analyze, and report on sales, advertising metrics and KPIs to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
Job requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Work experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in digital/ product content marketing
• Proven career advancement in digital/ product content marketing or holding an equivalent title in previous role(s)
• Track record of digital/ product content creation
• Track record of producing viral photos / videos or building a commercial brand presence on TikTok/Facebook/INS/Pinterest is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce/ Facebook ads/ email marketing is a plus
Skills:
• Copywriting in English/ graphic design briefing/ video briefing skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Research, task management and collaboration skills
• Presentation or training skill is a plus

Operation Coordinator - E-Commerce
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Task and Timeline Management:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Production team, marketing team, and engineer team) to manage and coordinate tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (design creator, payment, shipping logistic, etc.) to ensure requirements are met.
•Maintain Product listing and mark sure page info are latest and correct.
• Use management tools such as Jira and Asana to track progress and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Monitor milestones and proactively detect potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
2. Communication/Feedback Management:
• Draft and distribute timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries and information sharing.
• Collect, categorize, and distribute feedback from teams and other business partners.
• Turn insights into actionable plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Data-Driven and Agile Mindset:
• Utilize data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
4. Documentation:
• Create, update, and maintain all the documents and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure that information is organized and accessible to all relevant teams.
Job requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce or related majors.
• 2 years of proven experience in E-commerce coordinator or similar roles within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI/project tools is an advantage.
• Basic Data Analysis skill (pivot, VLOOKUP, inventory metrics).
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English is essential (IELTS >= 6.0).
• Detail-oriented, Agile mindset, ability to work effectively within a diverse team, adapting to changing priorities.

Operation Coordinator - (Logistics & Fulfillment)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate with warehouses, customer support officer closely
Monitor inbound shipment ETA, inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation
Plan outbound shipments for bulky items with LTL/white-glove partners
Track delivery exceptions (damage, delays, lost items)
Optimize delivery cost vs. delivery promise
Work with ERP/WMS daily
