Job Description

The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies to enhance brand equity, drive audience engagement, and support business growth for both B2B and B2C segments. You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital presence to PR and events, while leading a high-performing team to achieve strategic KPIs.

What you'll be responsible for

Strategic Planning & Insights:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and user insights.
  • Develop and implement annual Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies for B2C and B2B segments.
  • Define brand positioning and messaging frameworks to ensure a unified voice across all platforms.

B2C Communication (Brand Awareness & Engagement):

  • Direct all B2C campaigns across Social Media (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), Email, Blog, and Events to win Top-of-Mind awareness.
  • Oversee creative content production to ensure high engagement and brand alignment

B2B Communication & Sales Support (Lead Gen & Authority):

  • Build authority and trust through PR, thought leadership on LinkedIn, and targeted B2B networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to develop high-impact Sales Kits, materials, and partnership programs (Universities, Industry associations).
  • Build Organic traffic across Social media (Facebook, Tiktok).

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 5 members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage MarCom budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all activities.
  • Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for PR risks, developing response plans to protect the company's reputation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in MarCom/PR, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (both Vietnamese & English).
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns (Online & Offline).
  • Proven experience in scaling organic social reach and traffic
  • Advanced project management and crisis handling skills.
  • Competencies: Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Creative Problem Solving, and Negotiation.
