SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Manage the planning and implementation of effective initiatives by supplying relevant material, utilising effective communication channels and platforms in line with corporate identity and in close cooperation with Regional Marketing to attract customers and ensure support for strategic priorities.
This position reports to the Marketing Director and offers flexible working options across Jotun offices, with the Hiep Phuoc office as the main location.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage communication programs that effectively describe and promote Jotun's brand name to the public through mass media channels to improve brand visibility, awareness level, and top of mind as well as strengthen the overall company image.
- Manage the development of local digital platforms by coordinating the usability, design, and content of online campaigns to improve the visibility of Jotun as a brand.
- Advise and support internal and external communication activities to ensure consistent and professional communication that will strengthen, protect and build Jotun's identity and image.
- Prepare and deliver integrated communications plans, working closely with different product-, brand- and retail management teams to achieve the best mix for every project.
- Manage the marketing events, branding, and sponsorships activities to ensure successful outcomes, reflect the company`s image, and enhance the brand image matching with the company strategy.
- Coordinate external agencies to produce communications that cover Jotun advertising, brochures, public relations (PR), event branding, videos, and online, web, and social media deliverables.
- Implement communication plans and activities such as media handling, issue management, printed and electronic publications, risk analysis, contingency communication, web management, and corporate governance.
- Produce, manage, and develop different communication material for stakeholders, such as press releases, magazines, presentations, web pages, films, and other related material.
- Manage selection of advertising agencies liaising with them, and monitoring campaigns and solutions being developed by the agencies to meet creativity standards and ensure compliance with the brief provided as well as the company guidelines.

What we look for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in the marketing field, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing digital communication campaigns, evaluating campaign performance, and managing digital marketing and PR agencies.
- Ideal candidates may currently be working as Strategic Planning Managers on the agency side or as Marketing Communications Team Leaders on the client side.
Personal qualities:
- A candidate who has strong command of the local language, stays up to date with emerging communication trends, and demonstrates excellent communication planning, budget management, and campaign coordination skills. The candidate should have proven experience working with digital and PR agencies, be willing to manage media relationships, and be proactive, confident, and motivated to create innovative, effective, and distinctive solutions.
- English proficiency is essential for communicating with the regional team and for reviewing and aligning content from both Regional and Global teams.
