Job Description

Position Overview

The Marcom Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing communication activities to strengthen the agency's brand presence, attract potential clients, and support business development through integrated communication across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Communication
  • Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns to enhance the agency's brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication touchpoints.
  • Ensure all communication materials align with the agency's brand identity and positioning.
2. Content Marketing
  • Develop content plans and editorial calendars for owned media channels.
  • Produce engaging content for:
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Website
  • Email Marketing
  • Coordinate with the Creative Team to produce visual and video content.
3. Social Media Management
  • Manage daily operations of the agency's social media platforms.
  • Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
4. Website & SEO
  • Update website content including case studies, service pages and company news.
  • Coordinate SEO optimization to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
5. Business Development Support
  • Develop company profiles, credentials, capability decks and marketing collateral.
  • Prepare communication materials for pitches and business proposals.
  • Coordinate case study documentation after campaign completion.
6. Event & PR
  • Organize webinars, workshops, networking events and internal branding activities.
  • Coordinate media partnerships and PR opportunities.
  • Prepare press releases and communication materials when required.

RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing or Branding.
  • Experience in advertising, creative or digital agencies is preferred.
