Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

BAU Campaign Management

  • Lead the implementation of BAU CPP campaigns in the UOB system: manage briefing with product teams, oversee design development, coordinate UAT/HTML CnD, product team, and BA for completion.
  • Set up and monitor marketing channels such as SMS, ZNS, eDM, and others.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to campaign execution.
  • Ensure all required approvals and documentation are properly maintained for quarterly audit exercises.

Ad-hoc Campaign Management

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc campaign execution: manage timelines, prepare marketing materials for vendors/ merchants, and ensure KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Review and seek approval for partner KVs and roadshow marketing assets for brand compliance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze own channels performance (eDM, ZNS, SMS) and digital marketing activities; compile insights and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share key learnings with the line manager.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, CnD, Branches, CRES) for POSM deployment and event logistics.

Administrative & Billing

  • Oversee PO and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Education

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Marketing Campaign Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, project coordination, and payment process handling.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels such as SMS, ZNS, eDM, and social media.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple timelines effectively.
  • Language: Good command of English in both written and spoken (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent preferred).

  • Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
