Marketing Assistant, Vietnam | Internship | 6 months, part time

Interested in international trade, economy and Vietnam's ongoing transformation to one of the most interesting markets in Asia and the world and at the same time, creative, curious and aiming for a career in Marketing (B2B) Then you might be interested in becoming our Marketing intern for the Vietnam Market. You will work directly with Julia Goeb, Marketing Lead Vietnam & Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key duties/responsibilities:

Group Campaigns:

  • Support planning and driving the annual campaigns pipeline for our company channels, brand value, services demand, and lead capture, in close alignment with our professional service teams
  • Learn to develop winning campaign briefs that illustrate the proposed targets, themes, ideas, messaging, and actions that will guide each campaign to achieve its goals and KPI.
  • Monitor the performance of our main online channel prospect journeys, from point of entry to ever more effective progress through the marketing funnel to conversion.
  • Support updating key stakeholders about group campaigns via reports and presentations.

Market and Service Teams:

  • Support and participate in partner relationship engagement with key chambers of commerce, trade organizations, government, service providers, and other relevant organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Asia and global market teams to coordinate respective campaigns, activities, and marcoms, with an eye to maximizing quality and performance effectiveness.

General Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge about our core service capabilities as a corporate service provider, observe competitors, market trends, and learn about our editorial content.
  • Get to know our MarComs including publications, articles, expert feature videos, case studies, infographics, and more, and leverage these effectively in your work.
  • Provide regular cross-skills training and support to other teams.
  • Optional: Opportunity to support with articles for Vietnam Briefing if your are interested in editorial work

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Genuine interest in B2B topics, working in an international context and align with the Vietnamese team, foreign colleagues and across our ASEAN teams
  • Interest in international affairs, economy, trade and willingness to concern with these topics on a daily base
  • Willingness to be active on LinkedIn, converse and connect with people within the local and international business community.
  • Business- English skill, both written and especially spoken (and listening, as well as the confidence to use it is a must. Certificates or high grades will not be considered practical use is insufficient.
  • Good capabilities with Microsoft Office

Final-year university students are preferred. Therefore, applicants must be legally eligible to work in Vietnam without sponsorship.

The on-site internship (Ho Chi Minh City) is paid with a small allowance.
