Inventory & Asset Management

- End-to-End Asset Tracking: Maintain physical oversight of all marketing samples, managing the complete lifecycle (inbound, outbound, and in-transit) in strict accordance with company compliance protocols.

- Risk Mitigation: Implement rigorous tracking measures to prevent loss, fraud, or unauthorized use of company assets.

- Data Integrity: Document detailed technical specifications, including IMEI, quality assessments, and quantity audits, across internal management systems.

- Inventory Diligence: Conduct regular inventory reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy in stock levels.

Financial Oversight & Reporting

- Budget Reconciliation: Consolidate and track marcom expenditures, maintaining an accurate comparison of projected budget versus actual spend.

- Cross-Functional Reporting: Partner with Finance & other departments to generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly sample reports for management review.

- Expense Management: Oversee departmental monthly expenses and processing, ensuring all filings meet corporate financial guidelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Support

- Sample Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Warehouse teams, carriers, finance and external vendors to streamline logistics.

- Brand Support: Provide operational assistance to Brand teams during campaign execution and product launches as required.

- Culture & Engagement: Lead the planning and execution of team-building initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative departmental culture.

- Bachelor's degree from College or University

- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Retail Admin

- Intermediate English proficiency

- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multi-stakeholder workflows.

- Strong financial literacy and experience with budget tracking.

- Proficiency in inventory management and Microsoft Excel.
