Job Description

I. Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Administration, Cost follow-ups & Operations Coordination.

· Manage payment processing, contracts, and administrative documents for all marketing vendors and partners.

· Coordinate ordering, warehousing, and distribution of marketing materials and POSM.

· Act as the main liaison with Operations for always-on POSM updates and communication of Marketing promotions to stores.

· Consolidate and monitor marketing budgets by project and pillar (Brand, Growth, LSM, etc.) for tracking and management reporting purposes.

· Coordinate with HR on marketing team administrative matters, including business trip arrangements such as visa applications, bookings and transportation.

2. In-store Digital System, Pricing & Customer Touchpoint Management

· Set up and maintain menus, prices, and promotional banners on the LCD system across all stores nationwide, including new product launches, price adjustments, and promotional updates.

· Ensure all pricing and menu changes are accurate, approved, and implemented on time across the system.

· Manage the in-store music system (music box), including playlist updates and coordination with vendors to develop localized music concepts, especially for new stores and key locations.

· Set up and manage Google rating and review profiles for each store, with priority on new store openings, ensuring stores are properly visible and ready to receive customer feedback.

II. Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.

· 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing operations, store systems, or admin roles.

· Experience working with SAP & POS systems is an advantage.

· Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
