Main Responsibilities
Management of PR, PO and Payment on time and complied by coordinating with teams to ensure all documents to proceed that payment must be paid for vendor on time
Follow up Budget tracking & management expense
Ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, and documents adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.
Complete all administrative tasks related to the marketing team
Other tasks as required by line manager;
Keep the marketing department's document to date and organized;
Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, advertising or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
React with speed (and sound judgment), deliver projects on time.
Coordination of multiple projects.
Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy.
Good communication skills; build solid relationships internally and externally.
Hands-on experience managing the day-to-day execution of detailed, large-scale campaigns.
Self-motivated, able to work with minimal direction.
