Job Description

Job Purpose or Summary

  • Financial management for payments and PO & PR timely performance
  • Support & Learnings for Budget tracking & management.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Administrative task.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management of PR, PO and Payment on time and complied by coordinating with teams to ensure all documents to proceed that payment must be paid for vendor on time
  • Follow up Budget tracking & management expense
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, and documents adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to the marketing team
  • Other tasks as required by line manager;
  • Keep the marketing department's document to date and organized;
  • Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, advertising or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
  • React with speed (and sound judgment), deliver projects on time.
  • Coordination of multiple projects.
  • Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills; build solid relationships internally and externally.
  • Hands-on experience managing the day-to-day execution of detailed, large-scale campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal direction.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns is a plus.
