Job Description

- Be central point for sending Marketing department information to other departments including HR, Finance, Sales, Demand Planning, etc

o Central point for Microsoft 365 (and other IT) coordination for the Marketing department

o Central point for HR coordination for the Marketing department

o Work with Marketing Managers to consolidate information, as requested by Marketing Director

- Complex Excel files to be collated and summary worksheets prepared.

o A&P budget tracking

o Display and promotion expenditure by account

o A&P expenditure by Account

- Powerpoint files to be collated

- Marketing Team members lists to be consolidated, as required

- Brand training Roster to be updated monthly

- Send out Monthly Reports

- Marketing team organisation charts to be updated every 6 months

- Upload brand costings to Own Cloud

- Coordinate meetings, as required

- Attend meetings and take minutes

- Data analysis, as required

- Expenses and travel arrangements

- Communication and organisation of Marketing team for intercompany activities and events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years experience at Marketing Admin or Sales Admin in FMCG
  • Strong command of Excel
  • Timeline committed
  • Quick thinking
  • Organized
  • Action oriented
  • Works well with others
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong numeric skill
  • Strong team work & communication with other departments
  • Very good in English.
