Job Description
- As a User Researcher, you will be responsible for research goals through project management and delivery of actionable insights which integrate into client's product design practice
- Oversee the design and execution of usability testing for client's Design Studio
- Conduct qualitative research through discussion guide development and moderation
- Present research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations using MS PowerPoint
- Support the user research team on any other ad-hoc projects
- Work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders (Product Managers, UX Designers), vendors and other collaboration
Requirements
- At least 2 years working in a research or insights agency in a QUALITATIVE research role with knowledge or understanding of QUANTITATIVE research
- Expertise in designing and conducting qualitative research through a variety of methods e.g.
- Ethnography, In-depth Interviews (IDIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Online Communities/Diaries
- Experience in Concept Testing, U&A (Usage & Attitude) and Usability Testing studies using Usability Testing tools
- Competent in data visualization and storytelling in MS PowerPoint from multiple data sources synthesis
- Strong Project Management capabilities, managing timelines and stakeholder communication
- Fluent in written and spoken English and local language
- Independent & a self-starter, taking initiative to keep relevant partners in the loop
- Required skills: Advanced computer navigation skills, MS Office
- Familiar with using Lazada, Shopee and other competitor e-commerce brands
- Experience with user behavior in ecommerce or digital products is good to have
