Market Research Managers (only with experienced candidate)

We are hiring a Market Research Manager in Ho Chi Minh City.

Asia Plus Inc., headquartered in Tokyo, operates its first Asian office in Vietnam and provides marketing and business insight solutions across the region. We also manage and operate the research service platform Q&Me (https://qandme.net), delivering data-driven insights to clients across Asia.

We are looking for an experienced Market Research Manager to lead research projects and manage a growing team. This role requires both strong hands-on experience in the research process and the ability to manage and develop staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end market research projects (quantitative & qualitative)
• Analyze data and deliver actionable business insights
• Develop research design, questionnaires, and reports
• Manage and mentor research team members
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders

Key requirements:

• Solid experience in market research and full research process (Working in research or equivalent industry for 3 years and more)
• Proven experience in team/staff management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to clients
• Experience in Asian markets is a plus
• English fluency required (Vietnamese or Japanese is a plus)
• Must be currently residing in Vietnam (no remote work)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City (on-site)
