Assists in the preparation and production of project/client presentations and reports, as well as the quarterly Market Report.
Assists in the day-to-day operations of the department, including overseeing staff, recruiting, and tracking performance.
Coordinates projects regionally as well as nationally as required by the national research operations team.
Reviews and evaluates collected data results, makes appropriate recommendations.
Manages broker requests for data / research information
Manages and leads special projects as requested by senior management.
May prepare progress reports on the status of projects.
Accompanies sales professionals as needed on client presentations and pitches.
Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to monitor and coordinate all types of projects with limited or indirect supervision
Ability to write reports, manuals speeches, and articles using distinctive style.
