Role Description:
- Conduct research and analyze market trends, supplydemand dynamics, and product segmentation of the Company and its competitors.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from market surveys, data platforms, industry trade fairs, and other relevant information sources.
- Develop market research reports and industry trend analysis.
- Propose ideas and participate in the development and launch of new products aligned with the Company's strategy.
- Collect trend-based samples, propose new product concepts, and coordinate trial production/sample development.
- Develop product strategies, business plans, and feasible supply development plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive product development and ensure timely product launches.
- Monitor business performance and market feedback post-launch; propose improvements when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with and recommend improvements to the product development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Interior Design, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of consumer markets, interior products, market research methodologies, and interior applications.
- At least 01 years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
