To conduct monthly market review with BOM (import and export, TIMIS data, customers and competitors behavior, key projects information) & TIMIS focal point.
To update quarterly 5-yeas market demand of bitumen, PMB and emulsion based on projects, budget & fund.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track market trends and sales performance.
Manage the marketing plan and budget to ensure effective execution and alignment with business objectives.
To co-execute marketing and launching new products with sales, business development and technical teams.
To co-organize conferences, seminars, workshops and company/product exhibitions.
To manage design and complete marketing materials as required by business.
To coordinate with IT & Technical department to develop/update company website (contents, photo shoots, videos ...) and viral marketing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube)
To do other tasks assigned by the Deputy Country Director
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, or a related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in B2B industrial or technical marketing
Strong market research and analytical capabilities
Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability in both creative and logical thinking
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Proven ability to learn independently and adapt quickly
Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for business purposes
