- Market Expert Test Driver will work to capture the customer requirements for the complete vehicle in the different markets and also to provide to the Customer Perspective.
- Check vehicles accordance checklist at the beginning and end of shift (vehicle condition, attached materials...)
- Drive test vehicles and make assessments on product competitiveness and readiness for customer usage.
- Archived the target mileage for standard request of each Gate.
- Recreate customer usage scenarios based on past and current experience.
- Create assessment reports and log issues based on assessment results.
- Understand features offered and notice engineering issues to take logs and necessary data for issue reporting. Perform basic vehicle preparations, updates, and configurations as needed to keep vehicle healthy and up to date.
- Benchmark competitors.
- Assist with other team activities in between driving cycles.
Requirements
- Vietnamese candidate. English language communication skills: Proficient.
- Graduated from Technical College majoring in Automotive, Mechanic, Electric, Mechatronic.
- Expert driving skills.
- Understand the driving behaviors, patterns, customer needs, and market competitiveness.
- Possess analytical, reporting, presentation, problem-solving and vehicle evaluation skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and learn different skills as needed by the team.
- Clean driving record with good defensive driving techniques. Flexibility to travel (>50% of the time) .
