I. JOB SUMMARY
The Market Development role at VinDynamics serves as the critical bridge between the market and the company, ensuring real customer needs and market dynamics are translated into product and commercial decisions.
This role leads market and customer research to bring actionable insights into product development, shaping use cases, positioning, and go-to-market priorities. In parallel, the role drives demand generation and demand capturing initiatives to educate the market, create demand, and convert it into sales.
Additionally, Market Development supports the development and scaling of sales systems, including channels, partnerships, and service models, ensuring VinDynamics humanoid robots are relevant, adoptable, and commercially successful.
II. REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Research, Product, or related fields.
- Experience level:
15 years for Executive / Senior Executive
5+ years for Expert level
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Market Research
Product Marketing
Brand Marketing
Partnership Development
- Hands-on experience executing initiatives end-to-end, from planning to delivery, with tangible outputs (products, campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, partnerships).
- Proven ability to:
Build structured plans
Manage execution rigorously
Deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
- Experience building initiatives from zero to one (scope definition, assumption validation, execution to initial market impact) is a strong advantage.
- Basic proficiency in design/video tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent) is a plus
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technology, robotics, AI, automotive, or innovation-driven industries.
- Experience working with agencies, production houses, or diverse external partners.
- Understanding of integrated planning frameworks.
- Experience supporting large-scale campaigns, events, exhibitions, product launches, or experiential marketing activities.

MARKET & CUSTOMER INSIGHT
- Act as the primary bridge between the market and VinDynamics, translating real-world customer needs, behaviors, and market dynamics into actionable product and commercial inputs.
- Lead market and customer research initiatives, including:
Desk research
Customer interviews
Field observations
Market and competitive analysis
- Identify priority use cases, target segments, and adoption barriers.
PRODUCT & GO-TO MARKET COLLABORATION
- Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Development teams to bring market insights into:
Product roadmap
Feature prioritization
Positioning
Pricing direction
- Continuously refine market development strategies to improve product-market fit.
DEMAND GENERATION & DEMAND CAPTURING
- Drive demand generation initiatives to educate the market, shape awareness, and build desire for humanoid robot solutions through appropriate channels, content, and experiences.
- Drive demand capturing efforts by:
Supporting sales motions
Defining go-to-market models
Enabling effective conversion of qualified demand into commercial opportunities
SALES SYSTEM & PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT
- Support the development and scaling of sales systems, including:
Channel strategies
Partnerships
Service models
Sales enablement frameworks
BRAND EXPERIENCE & PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- Support on-ground brand experience execution, ensuring real-life touchpoints reflect VinDynamics premium, future-oriented positioning.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics.
- Track and continuously optimize business performance metrics (reach, engagement, sales volume, etc.).
