KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based in HCM city, the incumbent reports directly to the Government Affairs & Market Access Manager. The main responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Maximizing tender price, and volume of tender in target hospitals/Gold accounts in line with the organisation's guideline
- Maximizing patient access to Urgo's products in reimbursement packages at the hospital level.
- Influencing decision makers (HCM/HN Social security, relevant departments at hospital level) to support GA projects; Reimbursement team such as reimbursement hospital application to MOH/VSS...
- Positively impacting the outcomes of key topics such as reimbursement for Urgo products, Medico-Economic negotiations etc... in Gold Accounts.
- Deliver access goals including KAs objectives but not limited to assigned account performance, facilitate business goals/patient access in reimbursement payment in hospitals.
- Build up long-term partnerships with KDMs in hospitals and increase awareness about HTA benefits for hospitals segment...
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational & Professional Background:
- Degree in Pharmacist or Doctor
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Tender and Market Access
- Technical & Specific Skills:
- Cross functional collaborative experience skills
- Strong business sense
- Good negotiation and presentation
- Very good analytical skills and relationship building skills
- Leadership skills: able to lead and motivate the cross functional team to achieve objectives
- Computing Skills:
- Expertise in PowerPoint
- Competent in Word and Excel
- Language Proficiency:
- Excellence in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written)
