Description

  • Lead the development and execution of corporate culture strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company values, cultural identity, and employee alignment across the organization.
  • Digitalize culture through engaging content, storytelling, and creative communication campaigns to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Measure culture and employee engagement regularly; analyze insights and recommend improvement actions.
  • Design and optimize the employee experience journey across key touchpoints, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Develop engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and employee value propositions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Own the planning and delivery of major company events, including Team Building, Company Trips, Year-end Parties, and internal campaigns.
  • Introduce innovative concepts and technology-driven experiences to create meaningful employee interactions.
  • Manage event budgets, agency/vendor relationships, and execution quality to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.
  • Oversee multi-channel communications across internal and external platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and strong audience engagement.
  • Partner closely with HR and business units on Employer Branding, internal communications, and organizational initiatives; track performance and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Corporate Communications, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and brand growth.
  • Strong team management capabilities, with the ability to lead campaigns and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Experience in internal communications, corporate culture initiatives, or employee engagement programs.
  • Strong content and storytelling mindset, with the ability to shape key messages and ensure high-quality communication outputs.
  • Experience in the Technology, IT Services, Digital Transformation, or B2B industry is plus
  • Experience in building, scaling, or restructuring Marketing & Communications teams is plus
