The Manulife Future Leaders (M-FLs) 2026 - Sales Management track is designed for young talents who aspire to build a career in business management within a corporate environment.

On the job you will:

M-FL is a 3-year graduate program where Management Associates complete the following:

Boundless Opportunities

A 3-year structured rotation within the Sales Management track, including exposure across Agency and Partnership channels, followed by a final phase dedicated to role specialization. This journey will help you build a comprehensive understanding of how distribution systems operate, develop strong business acumen, and explore long-term career paths in business management.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum GPA of 7.0

  • Have less than 3 years of experience, preferably in business or sales

  • Are fluent in both English and Vietnamese

  • Have a strong customer and results-oriented mindset

  • Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

  • Are open to traveling for market exposure
