Job Purpose:
- Our growing Thermal Cooling company is looking to fill the role of manufacturing test engineer for Air Cooling and Liquid Cooling devices.
- As a Test Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to validate product performance, identify potential improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Working Location:
Yen Phong (extend) industrial zone, Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh, Vietnam
Responsibilities:
- Develop process metrics and reports based on manufacturing data available Investigation, design, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology for the introduction of new products;
- Provide test and manufacturing experience / opinion within a multi-disciplined project team;
- Assist with MSE (Manufacturing Systems Engineering) duties as required;
- Special test setups include such items as flow, pressures, power supply, power measurement, piping, pump and or motor supports, couplings, special instrumentation;
- Provide feedback to quality and product engineering on products that do not pass performance on the first test to improve first-pass yield;
- Create standard work for test setups, instrumentation, testing, storage of tools and equipment
- Measure and improve first-time yield and provide feedback to quality and product engineering on missed tests
- Lead development of test cases for device unit-level function and performance testing
- Reviewing software design and requirements for clarity and completeness
Qualifications:
- Proficient in writing and/or creating Lab-View or equivalent test program for Automated Test Equipment and integrating data collection with SQL databases to feed the enterprise management system.
- Knowledge of drawings, parts lists, engineering orders, wiring lists, diagrams, schematics and repair procedures are required
- Extensive knowledge of related test equipment used to test power, digital systems, liquid cooling systems, motors, ect.
- Demonstrated skill in preparation of test procedures, troubleshooting complex electronic systems, and related test engineering tasks to ensure product's performance meets customer requirements
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering or closely-related disciplines.
- Five or more years engineering experience, with work experience in a highly regulated environment (FDA, FAA, ), LabVIEW and SQL server knowledge are strongly preferred.
