Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment plans (mass hiring, technical roles, operations positions, etc.) in alignment with overall workforce planning.
Conduct labor market research and mapping within the manufacturing sector to ensure a stable and effective talent pipeline.
Directly manage recruitment for key and/or high-volume positions, ensuring both hiring timeline and quality targets are met.
Develop and optimize mass hiring processes to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Manufacturing stakeholders, and relevant departments to forecast and fulfill manpower demands in a timely manner.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives for the Manufacturing function.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong preference for candidates experienced in mass hiring and manufacturing recruitment.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing labor market with the ability to analyze data and propose effective recruitment solutions.
Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment projects and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
Good planning, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Proactive, passionate, result-driven, and able to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
