Manufacturing System Support Specialist (Fresher Welcomed)

About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing System Support Specialist to support shop floor systems and digital tools used in manufacturing operations. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates with an IT background who are eager to learn production systems and grow in a global working environment. This role is a US offshore position, working closely with both Vietnam and US teams, supporting cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Role Descriptions:

• Support daily operation of shop floor systems and assist in resolving basic issues
• Monitor system performance and report incidents or abnormalities
• Create and maintain simple reports for inventory and product movement tracking
• Assist in installation and maintenance of RFID systems, scanners, and tablets
• Support setup and troubleshooting of shop floor devices and hardware
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations
• Maintain basic system documentation and update process diagrams when needed
• Support user training and system usage across manufacturing teams
• Work with internal teams and vendors (Vietnam & US) for system support and improvements
• Log, track, and follow up IT incidents until resolution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing/Production Systems is a plus
• Fast learner with good adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with international teams (US and Vietnam)
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Fresh graduates with strong willingness to learn will be provided 100% training by both US and Vietnam teams.
