- MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world's leading interconnector manufacturers.
- Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
Position Overview
Together with Team leader to assist department Managers to take charge of in-process quality so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality, productivity and output goals and improve.
Location: Thang Long 2 IZ, Hung Yen (have shuttle bus from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh to factory)
Key Responsibilities

Be responsible of in-process manufacturing quality standards for oprtical products. Ensure the standards, instructions are applied.

Organize and implement processes, inspection, audit, and improvement. Evaluate in-process product, analyse and issue abnormality report.

Training and coaching subordinates for product specifications, standards, machines and instrument set-up and operations. Limit samples preparation and submit for approval.

Monitor in-process quality performance. Control and improve defect rate, scraps, material consumption, inspection cost. Contact to related department for quality issue and follow up improvement actions.

Participate quality meetings in plant and/or with suppliers, vendors and reports. Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complaint and claim, sorting, PFMEA.

Take part for trial run, transfer components, products and new product development. Participate supplier, vendor assessment. Idea and Leading Quality improvement projects.

Subordinates manage, performance assessment. Strengthen Company culture as PBM Supervisor role.

Clearly understand self's and section's goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
- 7S & KAIZEN
- Environmental Health Safety
- EICC & Social Responsibility
- Protection of company assets

Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

- Engineering OR IT

- Fresher OR under 2 years of experience
- Interested in manufacturing quality field
- Strong analytical, problem - solving and teamwork skills
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and learn new technologies
