MANUFACTURING INTERN
Job description:
- Support in Process (WI/SOP), Quality System (ISO, WOS)
- Support in data collection, operation reviewed and analysis data (VAA/Semi-VAA/NVAA)
- Support to tracking the NPI, 4D/HERCA/8D actions.
- Support to work with QC inspection, Production Team to investigate and analyze issues on the line (Quality issues, Production issues, etc.)
- Support to maintenance schedule making and monitoring.
- Support in Process Audit
- 5S Audit
- Gemba walk
- Internal audit at all areas
- CNC machine record data audit and analysis
- Identifying the losses and opening improvement ideas to increase efficient, productivity or COPQ project: data collection, root cause analysis, actions and follow up.
Working time & place:
- From 07:30am - 04:00pm, minimum 4 days internship/week and up to 06 months.
- Long Hau Expanded IP, Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh province. Shuttle buses are provided from 39 Nguyen Van Ba St. (near HCMUTE, Thu Duc); Nguyen Huu Canh St. (near Land Mark 81); KizCity, Dist. 4; PV Gas, Nha Be.
