As a Manufacturing Finance Controller, you will oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong expertise in accounting and finance in manufacturing sector, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.

Description
- Lead all finance operations at the Vietnam factory.
- Partner with operations to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Oversee product costing and cost analysis.
- Prepare budget, forecast, and financial performance analysis.
- Handle month-end reporting for both local and group requirements.
- Manage intercompany transactions and internal controls.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow and treasury activities.
- Manage capital structure, liabilities, and company funds.
- Strengthen internal controls, procurement compliance, and risk management.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Chief Accountant Certificate required; ACCA/CPA preferred.
- 10+ years finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Solid IFRS knowledge and experience in multinational or large organisations.
- Good English communication, ERP exposure, and strong leadership & coordination abilities.
