Manufacturing Engineering Engineer (DFM)

Responsible for optimizing product designs for manufacturability by collaborating with design and NPI teams. Key duties include conducting DFM reviews, analyzing potential manufacturing issues, providing recommendations to improve quality, cost, and production efficiency, developing DFM guidelines and best practices, supporting automated manufacturing implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve DFM-related challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 3+ years of experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) or a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing services (EMS).
